During several calls to support and to the main office the staff were helpful, suggesting and executing fixes but none seemed to work.

My final call was with Angie. She was able to quickly diagnose the problem and lead me through a series of steps to the solution.

I can't praise her enough. She rescued me from a maddening situation.
