Contact lense trial SUCCESS
Delightful pleasant staff. A welcoming light & spacious reception. This was my 3rd attempt at trying Contact lenses - such a different experience! Bayfields opticians provided a completely different approach. Each step was patiently explained & I felt confident (if a little like a dunce!) but I got there in the end. I departed wearing contact lenses, confident that I was capable of removing later without my ‘coach’. I’m thrilled and very grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OPTICIAN.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff make a business successful
From entering the practice to leaving after consultation.
We were both completely at ease with all of the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Unlike a previous experience which left us preparing to leave your practice after 40 years of satisfied service.
Thank fully you now seem to have turned things around but please be mindful one unsatisfactory member of branch staff can ruin your business in a matter of weeks.

Friendly and helpful staff. I really felt that all staff had time to answer all of my questions, and I even got a cup of tea while I was waiting. The Optometrist was thorough and took a lot of time to ensure that the tests were completed with due dilligence. I also felt that she cared about my comfort and experience. Thank you so much!
