Great advice and follow up

Great personal service given to me by Sonja. She was endlessly patient, helping me choose the exactly right two pairs of frames and lenses. She pointed out frames I wouldn’t have thought about and what was right or wrong for my face shape and prescription.

I have never had such a thourough eye examination than I had with Kelly. The rest of the team are very helpful, especially Henna and Sam.

The shop is cleaned to a high standard throughout, and I was even offered coffee. That's a first for me at an optician!!
I was given my prescription without asking. There was no change so I've kept my specs. However, if I'd wanted a new pair there's a huge array to choose from.
No hard sell, no pressure.

Having had a really bad experience at another optician I was told, by a friend, to go to Bayfields. My experience was entirely different. I felt the optician took great care over my examination and listened to my concerns, answering my questions, which at my previous examination had just been brushed aside. All the staff in the shop were friendly and helpful and I cannot fault any of the treatment received.

Went to my opticians to arrange my yearly check up. Was given several options and chose to go a week later. When I arrived I was out of breath, the receptionist offered me a seat and asked me if I would like a glass of water. They were very helpful. My experience with the optician was positive as always. I recommend Bayfields.
