Tinnitus check, the lady was lovely we talked through what was happening what I was hearing how I was coping. Then tested my hearing.
We then discussed coping mechanisms and distraction techniques to not focus on the buzzing. Highly recommend

My optician Angela Turner always takes time to fully understand any issues I have and comes up with innovative solutions that suit me, not just what is easy for them. She is very patient in allowing me to trial various different new contact lenses until we find the ones that work the absolute best for me.
