I was glad to use Bayfields for my ear wax removal. The young lady who did the removal was apparently a trainee, but was very professional and keep explaining what she was doing.

The session, discussion and explanations by the member of staff and the range of equipment was good.
However, there is still a slightly old fashioned air going back to the Binnington family's time.
