Absolutely TERRIBLE company!
They offer a high salary, vehicle allowance, flexible work schedule, & bonuses for reaching goals as a company. Employees also must sign a very extensive & lengthy non-compete agreement. It seemed to me that there was a laundry list of people hired & fired within 6-8 weeks of working at this company. It also seemed to me that the training of sales reps was highly unethical, with an emphasis on "you have to talk the talk and walk the walk" to be successful in a sales role. While I was in training, I observed customers being kissed on the lips, highly inappropriate conversations with customers, personal spending on the company credit card, deception, & my trainer speaking very negatively about the owner, other employees, & the business as a whole. I feel what this company offered WAS absolutely too good to be true.
