Big into bagels. It all started with a sandwich. Wrong shape, right time – you get the gist. But with bageling in our background, we soon realised there was a round, doughy-shaped hole in our lives. So we set to work perfecting our top-secret bagel recipe, right here in London. And B Bagel was born. Over ten years later, we’ve kept what made those very first bagels special. Every morning, we mix up our signature dough recipe, roll it into rings and let them sleep overnight. Then we boil for chew, bake on special wooden sticks for flavour and stone-bake for that perfect crusty-outside, chewy-inside vibe. We do this every day on each one of our sites, then we serve our bagels up with only the freshest fillings. And if we have any left over at the end of the day? We turn them into bagel crisps, just like that. No corners cut. No ingredients with un-spellable names. No bagel left behind. Our bagels are baked fresh in each one of our shops and we also deliver to homes and offices across the Capital. Bagels for brekkie. Bagels in boardrooms. Bagels in both hands – just the way it should be. We believe life’s better with a bagel in your hand.
