Will file a complaint with BBB and have this bank and their employees investigated by the Federal government Banking Commission.

Don’t use this bank when traveling to the US! I transferred funds to my account in bb Americas so I can use while travelling. My debit card simply stopped working. This can cause many problems when you are outside your country. I called the call center and they said the problem was related to the limit in the number of transactions allowed in one day. It was said that fifteen transactions were the maximum. One problem is that many transactions done in one day will appear in another day and also if you try to buy and the transaction is refused by security reasons it also counts on the number of transactions you get on the that particular period (which is absurd). Also the call center is unprofessional, they hang up on me two times while I was trying to sort this problem up today. BB Americas, a terrible experience on your vacation.
