Worst online support I have ever experienced.
My online banking stopped working while I was traveling and they told me that this shouldnt happen. Well it did, so I asked them why. After my 4th email I got a response, again saying : this shouldnt happen. Well it did!
Next email after I complained to the manager: "Your phone and app should have the newest update and you should have a stable wifi connection."
Well thanks for that info, they make me feel like I am the one doing things wrong. Mind you I grew up with computers and wifi, so I know this stuff.
I called the service line, the person on the phone was so incompetent that I hung up the phone after explaining something in 3 different ways.
Anyways end of the story, its my fault the online banking didn't work according to them. I had to fly home as I had no way of reaching my own money.
Thanks for nothing BBBank.
Also they overcomplicate everything with so many different letters and codes and what not, it's confusing and not user friendly.
Don't get an account with these people if you want good online service.

I've been locked out of my account since they have switched from SecureGo to WhateverTheNewSystemIs.
I have yet to activate the new system. My first attempt failed, because they insist on doing everything by postmail and I don't live in Germany anymore, and receive postmail at caya.com, which won't scan sensitive emails.
So, everytime I need something important to be done, I have to wait a few days for a letter to be shipped to Caya, then I have to pay (and wait) for caya to forward the letter to where I live.
And by then whatever instructions are present in the letter wil probably have expired.
It is NOT OK for such a simple thing to take to long and be so complicated. I can get in my revolut account in a matter of minutes on a new phone using Photo ID.
The only reason I still have the BBBank account is for when I need a bank reference, since that is the account I've held open the longest. But how much longer will I have patience with this bank?
Terrible online services- the app is extremely bad and once it doesn't function there is no way to restore it other than going through a month long process of e-mailing with no response.
When calling you get hung up on (due to "too many callers") and are referred to their online services which, I repeat, are terrible.
Also difficult to find any ATMs that you don't have to pay a fee of at least 3 euros for.
I cannot recommend this bank at all and am changing to a better one. Please avoid.

When confronting customer service they were unhelpful and rude. Decided to cancel my account here and go with a bank that has arrived in digitalization before 2021
Never seen so much unprofessionalism in a bank, having banked with 5 others in 3 different European countries. Their website goes down often; your card gets stopped/cancelled without anyone notifying you; you urgently ask for a callback and nobody ever calls you back; you stand on the line sometimes for three quarter an hour; nobody in their call-centers speaks a word of English. It's just embarrassing...
