This was my third time shopping with them. I placed my order during one of their promotion sales. All items arrived quickly, and I had a pleasant interaction with customer service for an issue I was dealing with during checkout. They reached out and handled it with great professionalism. I am satisfied with all the new products!

This is my second order from Bellesa, and both arrived quickly in discrete packaging. I did have one item that arrived as an empty bottle inside no packaging. Nothing else was wet, so I believe it was put into the shipment as an empty bottle. Bellesa quickly rectified the situation by sending another bottle, this time in its proper packaging and full, and was gracious and kind with their email responses. Everything I have received from them has worked as advertised and been a high quality item, and I will continue to give them my business.

Buyer beware! They sent my product to the wrong house. They use a shipping company I never heard of and obviously cannot deliver to correct houses. I told them I want a refund and I absolutely do not want them to try to ship another product. They refuse to give me a refund. Atrocious Customer Service.

Surface is very soothing and smooth. The angle of the rabbit is well placed. I like that the shagt vibrates as well. Only question how it's waterproof when the charge port is completing exposed?

The toy feels like great quality, which is why I chose to go with bellesa. But the vibrations leave a lot to be desired. Even at its strongest it seems like it could put out more. I have smaller toys that put out stronger vibrations which shows sizes doesn’t always matter. It’s a nice grinder toy if you can get in the right position. I feel the head may be to large as well which is why I feel the vibrations are to weak.

Makes me feel so so good. I love how compact it is so I can bring it on the go. It’s truly brought me to a new level.

Truly amazing . From the products themselves to the customer service everything is top notch. I was missing some items in my last order no big deal I’ll just send an email. Well when I realized I needed to send a pic of the shipping label. Well it was garbage night all trash in the house was taken out I searched through bags of garbage and couldn’t find it. Disappointed , I came to terms with the loss and messaged back that I was prepared take the L. But to my surprise the beautiful customer service person sent out a replacement anyway. It was truly amazing because iv been having such a hard time recently and this really lifted my spirits.

Great customer service. I had not received my order for over two weeks. I requested a refund, and they sent out another one for free after getting little response from the shipper. I was more than grateful for that customer service they offered. I will definitely stick with this company due to the personal touch they give.

3.5 stars. It is a cute compact suction device that comes in a nice case. Ordering process was easy and it arrived quickly. It is easy to operate and works as advertised. I reduced the stars because the "low" settings are too high. I use it on suction only level 1 and even then it's a lot. I prefer to start low and light then work my way up. That isn't an option with this toy. It is a little too much stimulation to start.

The problem i had with my order was quickly addressed.

I got a toy that was not working as intended. Reached out to the customer service and got a replacement with very little hassle. :)

The blind fold and “handcuffs” are very very thin. I’m sure they’ll break easily.

Wow…this product is a game changer. I bought the Airvibe and I am pretty impressed. Very WELL built, perfect size, adaptable to your body, discrete…it has it all honestly. Haven’t been able to put it down!

It was a bit disappointing because it doesn’t really suck. It has decent vibration but the suction is essentially nonexistent.

Shipping was fast! Product looks amazing! So excited for this and to add more to my collection

It has been amazing using this - in the bedroom and the shower! My bf walked in on me using it in the shower and well - lets just say he watched for awhile before getting with me ;) it has two uses - one for inside and one for your sensation of licking/sucking....im wet just thinking of it.

The vibration settings for the ring are on the front (or back, depending) so too much pressure or even normal thrusting during missionary, and who knows what else, causes the vibration setting to change. This can be really off-putting. My partner was pretty close, but it ruined it. I pushed on but it happened a second time in the same session.
To the designers--I think the button needs to be on the side so that this can't happen. Some of the knockoffs on Amazon have side buttons so it's can't be too crazy.
