UPDATE:
Recd email apologizing and they sent product right away. Said due to high volume of orders and employees out ill they were down to one employee.
I ordered a conversion kit May 10th. Just as the previous reviewer claimed, they have taken my money but I have yet to receive my purchase. I have emailed twice and left message and have not heard anything. I'm going to try and get my money back.

I ordered a conversion kit online on May 5th and to date have not heard from the company. I call 4 times and left voicemail messages and emailed 4 times, yet ZERO RESPONSE!! I would understand if a part was backordered and they are waiting for it to come in before, all I want is a RESPONSE or refund my payment. Maybe this will wake them up. Next email is to AMEX.

Do NOT buy from this company. 0 communication, I had to open a PayPal dispute. I was even double charged for shipping. I have sent multiple email and called multiple times. They just have a voicemail for the phone line and they do not reply to any emails (or call you back). Stay FAR FAR FAR away from these guys (they are a scam).

I ordered a conversion kit online and after not hearing anything about when I would get it or when it would ship so I left an email, well before they could respond I contacted paypal and cancelled my payment after reading a couple bad reviews, the next day I recieve a tracking # and 3 days later here are my parts, Not the kit I had ordered but they sent the correct one for my grill? I ordered the wrong kit and when they saw the model number they changed the kit and sent me the correct one, they gave me a discount for the small delay when I ordered which maybe was a day? top of the line outstanding service,I couldn't pay them fast enough after the service I recieved, I am very pleased that I picked BBQ fuel conversions for my parts, the kit installed easily and my weber now works perfect on propane.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! Charged me for the product but never shipped anything until I disputed the charge 3 weeks later. Then he shipped me the wrong item!! Wouldn't communicate at all!! Just took my money!

Hassle Free Weber Genesis LP Conversion
These guys are the best! I called Weber to get a LP conversion kit since I moved and no longer have natural gas. They told me my grill could not be converted properly and tried to sell me a new LP model. Thank god i didn't, because with a quick google search I found BBQFuelConversions.com and they assured me my grill could be converted. Ordered the kit for $55 and it came in about a week. Included instructions which made it so simple. Whole process took 45 minutes. Grill runs just as good as it did on natural gas.
