This company has zero customer service. We booked our kitchen in May 2025 and from initially having a good experience with the designer to the final finish in November 2025 it’s been nothing but stressful. Poor planning and miscommunication from the company and ignored phone calls and emails were just the start. Firstly start date was pushed back, then ovens and hobs were out of stock despite them supposedly being ordered way in advance of the fit date, we had to source our own at last minute, sink had to be changed as that was also out of stock, worktops chosen had been discontinued again despite them supposedly being ordered well in advance, so we had to settle for different ones that we really didn’t want but had to accept them to continue with kitchen fit and avoid further delays. We had to wait 8 weeks with an unfinished kitchen due to specialist doors not made at the same time as the other doors, poor quality on some doors which we had to wait 6 weeks for replacement, it has been a complete nightmare. Andrew McCarrol manager was supposed to be discussing a partial refund with me for the poor planning, length of time it took to finish the kitchen and the extreme inconvenience caused to my household, but he has ignored emails and phone
calls and has shown lack of accountability from the company. The lack of communication and customer care has been appalling from start to finish. This company ask for the full balance to be paid before the fit date and it seems that once this has been paid they couldn’t care less what happens after that. I would strongly advise against using this company, they are unprofessional, chaotic and disorganised.
