Took the time to call me personally and verify the fit, twice.....

I wish I seen all the bad reviews before I bought wheels from them. Total bullshit how this company operates. I bought a set of wheels that has a 1 year warranty. First sent the wrong set. Then got the set I ordered to find of 2 of them are defective/bent from factory. They had every excuse. They're not even usable. Sent them all the documentation and proof like they ask. They fail on the road force balancer there so bad. Clear videos of them wobbling. Clear pictures theres not even a scratch on them. After months of back and forth they said I waited to long. They been collecting dust on the shelf waiting for them to make this right. Buyers beware how this company works. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars

I ordered what I thought were replica replacement wheels. I received the order and the wheels didn't fit my truck. I called and sent in several pictures as requested and they will not refund me. They want me to pay a restock fee of over 300.00 and shipping. I have never dealt with a company that doesn't stand behind their products. This is ridiculous. If I could give negative stars I would

I found the website really easy to navigate. Finding the size tire I wanted was quick with great options and prices without scrolling for hours.

This is the 3rd time I went to BBWheels for wheel and tire upgrades for my vehicles. They are always friendly and helpful which is why when I decide to change my wheels again in a few years, I will definitely be going back with BBWheels again.

Never again will i order through this drop shipping company. After 16 hours of having the tires mounted and balanced (1.5 hours of actual drive time) through a highly reputable tire shop (not a chain) the side wall of the right rear had let go, stranding me @ 5:30am. I had immediately sent an email with a photo to BBWheels customer service and heard back at 9:48am. After sending proof of mount and balance the next day i was told they will send the information to the manufacturer. After emailing 2 of the customer service reps for almost 2 WEEKS i was finally sent a return slip from the manufacturer. In the email i was told and I quote "Please note, the determination of a warranty claim is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer based upon their policies. Once the product is received at the manufacturer’s warehouse it can take 10-15 business days to inspect and determine if the item is warrantable. BB Wheels does not assume any responsibility related to the warranty claims process. BB Wheels does not cover shipping fees or expenses related to installation, mounting, balancing, and labor incurred by your selected auto shop. You are responsible for the shipping costs to the warehouse, as well as the shipping costs on the replacement product if the warranty claim is approved." So expecting me to wait almost 4 weeks for a tire. I ended up ordering a new tire from a different source and the tire arrived after 2 days. All i needed was a tire, I was not concerned about the cost of the tow, the shipping of the new tire as well as the old tire based off of their email or the dismount and remount of the old/new tire. Super disappointed in the whole process and will never buy from them again.

First off my experience was great!! My order was delivered right on time !! Easy check out easy look up of info, secondly, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, the customer service was easy to get a hold of an actual representative! She walked me through the process of getting my product shipped back to them and refunded. I highly recommend BB Wheels!!

Do not buy from them. Any issues you will be denied a remedy if there is anyway they can possibly find one. You are expected to mount the wheel without the tire onto your vehicle, then if no issues, remove it and mount the tire to the wheel, then the vehicle. If you mount the tire and there is an issue, no remedy…it was your fault. Even if you mount the wheel first w/o the tire, then the item was damaged by you mounting the wheel. There is no way to get relief for a damaged item as they honor nothing. They are rip off artists. The wheel I received was damaged and had paint build up on the inner core. I had a tire shop mount the tire and put it on due to the situation as I needed to use my vehicle. They blamed it on the tire shop even tho the manager would verify the status of the wheel prior to mounting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY-TAKE YIUR MONEY TO A COMPANY WHO WONT SCREE YOU OVER IF THEY SEND YOU DAMAGED ITEMS!!!
