We were purchasing a home with a flying freehold which also happened to be over 100 miles from where we were currently living. Our solicitor, Sean, was brilliant, arranging to meet us at weekends both at his office and the property. A flying freehold can be quite difficult to understand but Sean explained everything in detail.

In my experience there was nothing Bernard Chill & Axtell could have done better. Not helpful to a reviewer but to get a solicitor to deal with you at a weekend and go out of his way to progress both parties in a conveyancing transaction was in my opinion excellent service.

I would like to say whenever I spoke with Rajinder Rathore about my immigration issues I found peace of mind as his advice was concise and to the point without any legal jargon or unnecessary confusion. I got the correct advice throughout. I feel so lucky that my case was processed by Rajinder as I am now living happily in the UK with my family.
