No feedback at all about my package.
I bougght a vacuum 2 weeks ago, still not delivered and worst, no one now knows the status of my package.
I dont mind much not being delivered on time, as I understand this can happen.
But no reaction nor proactiveness from BCC is very lame.

my apartment is on the 2nd floor, because it is a house and not an apartment block, then they will not delivery the fridge freezer to the 2nd floor where my apartment is.

I purchased an iPhone 14 from Bcc a month ago, in a few days I received an email that the courier left my order, no one knocked on the door and my package did not arrive at any neighbor's, following the BCC investigation I asked for 5 working days to investigate the case, a month has passed, today I received an email saying that he cannot help me and that I should go to the police, how is such a lack of service and how can I go to the police now after a month, it seems to me an attitude very bad towards customers, but I still hope to solve my problem

The worst purchasing ever

I bought a dishwasher from BCC.com during the Black Friday 2022. The brand was Samsung and installation was also free. The lead time was indicated as 3 weeks but it was okay for me. After a month, I wanted to check if everything was okay. I texted them via Whatsapp but they told me that the device will not be delivered. I asked for a replacement but they cannot offer any other alternative in the same energy label due to the price difference and they ask extra money for the installation. Thanks to BCC.com, I had missed all the discounts during the Black Friday and I am spending time to figure this out for more than 1.5 week.

We don't scam our customers. However, reading your review it seems that we have not given you the right answers to your questions. Sorry for that. Here's what actually happenend:

When you told us that the parcel had not been delivered we tried to find out what was going wrong, but could not answer that for you. To provide you clarity anyway, we have asked DHL to start an investigation. The investigation was started on December 2nd. After a few days DHL let us know that they somehow messed up the order, and they're sending the parcel back to us. DHL normally returns parcels in 3 to 4 days. When the parcel is here again it will take us another 3 to 4 days to process it, upon which we will notify you by email. It may take a few days longer, due to a backlog of work, but we will not let you down.

A failed delivery is a very unfortunate situation, but rest assured, you have not been scammed. We hope to have set your mind at ease. Please let us know if any questions should arise.

Customer support can work a tiny bit better

I've bought Braun razor on 21/11/2022. At the time of a purchase the website promised a cashback of EUR 30,- from the manufacturer. However, some time later I have discovered that the cashback is actually EUR 20,- and BCC did not update information on their website on time. I complained on the phone and the agent has told me to write a written complaint. I did that and received a blunt reply from another support agent saying that she doesn't see anything being wrong at all. Since then, no reply from BCC. Therefore, I recommend not to buy any products with the manufacturer's cashback promotion via BCC or at least make sure to actually validate cashback promise on a manufacturer's website.

Update 16/12. Changed to 4 stars from 1 star. After posting this review I have been contacted by another support employee. He has apologised and offered a voucher which I think is a fair solution. Made me happy at the end. At the same time, still 4 stars and not 5 because I think this whole negative review could have been avoided if the first point of contact would have provided a decent reply. Anyways, thanks Andre.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Customer Service was great. I made only two calls and got my TV Exchanged. I ordered a LG G series and i didnt want to mount it on the wall. The customer service was so great that they arranged me to pick up LG C series with in one hour of the Call. What you see on the Website (Pick up after 1 hour of ordering the TV) is 100% true. I thought it was only on paper and the execution is 0. I do not remember the customer care guy who picked my call and helped me in resolving my order (00452668713). I would request the BCC company to help him with some reward. He was so kind and great in helping me. Geoffery from BCC Muiden (Pampusweg) location had great skills of Customer Service. I have decided that any electrical device, I would always turn to BCC for ever.

Bad customer service

Bad ccustomer service. BCC works with Repair Services Dordrecht B.V and if there is an issue, it is your problem. It does not care if your product is protedted with the warranty or, as I did, I paid for an extension of the warranty to avoid any kind of problems. At the end... bad service, unprofessionals. During two months BCC was sendind messages... repeted messages... that they did not find the submmited files, not answering emails... at the end they did not want to know anything about that... You are alone. Much better Mediamarkt customer service.

Good afternoon to everyone, I want to tell you my bad experience with this company, which made me wait for 2 months almost to end up solving nothing and leaving me without money and without goods.
I ordered the latest Iphone 14 pro max from them on September 23,waited a month for its delivery,and on October 24 I received a notification that a parcel was brought to me,I was at home and no one came to me with the parcel,I thought that maybe they left the neighbors,the neighbors were not at home that day,I checked all possible and in the end, I already wrote to the support service that no one brought me the goods, to which they opened an investigation and told me to wait 7 working days.
I was waiting for everyone to understand until November 3 the answer ... To which they reply to me that the delivery service indicated that they delivered the goods to you…I didn't expect a dumber answer from such a large company, I'm telling you seriously, as if I myself don't see what they indicate on the site, I wrote to them to solve my question, otherwise I was left with a bad mood and also without goods and money, which they said to wait another 3-4 working days, after which I get a message that no one can help me with anything, contact the police....
Guys, I make online purchases very often, and not for small amounts, and I would just like to tell everyone that I have not seen such an attitude from companies yet, I do not advise anyone this site.

I had ordered a refrigerator since 7th…

I had ordered a refrigerator since 7th October,the day after on 8th morning I cancelled my order because I recognized that it doesn't fit in my kitchen,so I cancelled my order before shipping.
From that day till now I couldn't get my money back .
Every 7 working days I am calling bcc staying waiting on the telephone for at least one hour to reach an employee and all of them they said we will open an investigation to see where is the mistake.
From 6 working days one of their employees tell me that there is a mistake and my refund hasn't done yet and he sent an email that they are working on the refund but until now nothing happened.
I don't want to hear apologies as usual and nothing happens,I want my money .
The baddest customer service I have ever deal with it.

Bose SoundLink Flex Bluetooth speaker

The product was offered by BCC for a decent, competitive price (check the prices online because the price tags in stores are sometimes updated with a delay). I purchased Bose SoundLink Flex after watching tons of comparative reviews on youtube and already expected this speaker to deliver a slightly duller sound than JBL Charge 5 (Bose has only one loudspeaker for the full range of reproduced frequncies). So, in my personal case the decision was based on a compromise between the sound quality and the dimensions and the convenience of transportation. Well, what can I say after the own experience of using the speaker... I simply forgot about all reviews and stopped bothering much about them. The sound remains surprisingly clean for a single driver at all volume levels, and the instruments stay well separated even after setting some "challenging" equalizer parameters for the loudspeaker. The loudness is sufficient for a 15-20 square meters room. The bass level is very impressive, the device sounds "bigger" than it actually is. Much, much bigger...
To sum up, this is my second purchase from BCC (previously I bought a pair of the Galaxy Buds2), and in both cases I am very happy with the items and the service. I will certainly remain their customer and can also recomment this place to the other people.
