Withdrawal issues.
I placed a withdrawal request since 16th of September but I has not been processed till now. They are only asking for me to wait. This is really frustrating as no one is telling me the reason for the wait and the duration for it too.

Where is the money ?

Until recently, everything was going well with BDSwiss, but things have taken a turn for the worse since I requested a withdrawal on 04/09/2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, my funds remain stuck, and I'm getting vague responses from customer service.

It seems like I'm not the only one facing this issue (looking at TrustPilot reviews from Global Bdswiss).
I hope BDSwiss can resolve this promptly, I'm becoming increasingly concerned about the company’s financial stability.

Delayed Withdrawals

Withdrawal has been "in progress" for 3 weeks

My withdrawal has been "in progress" for 3 weeks and no proper information on the "issue" that is causing this delay.
I am starting to worry that I will never get my money back.
This is an unethical and border line scam company.
Apologies for not submitting additional information, I have been dealing with "an issue" and could not access trustpilot before the expiry day

just rang the number of my "trusted account manager" and the number has been disconnected. Bye bye money.

I have been trading for Some good time…

I have been trading for Some good time I was an IB with another broker but joined Bdswiss through their agent . For the past over 2 weeks my clients and students have been trying to withdraw but it doesn't happen. They say it's s being handled manually but for 2 weeks even the manual has a problem. It gotten to a point where am being called a scammer hence tarnishing my Academies name. I don't recommend them. I sense some foul play you won't receive your withdrawal give it up.
