Where is the money ?
Until recently, everything was going well with BDSwiss, but things have taken a turn for the worse since I requested a withdrawal on 04/09/2024. Despite multiple follow-ups, my funds remain stuck, and I'm getting vague responses from customer service.
It seems like I'm not the only one facing this issue (looking at TrustPilot reviews from Global Bdswiss).
I hope BDSwiss can resolve this promptly, I'm becoming increasingly concerned about the company’s financial stability.

I have been trading for Some good time I was an IB with another broker but joined Bdswiss through their agent . For the past over 2 weeks my clients and students have been trying to withdraw but it doesn't happen. They say it's s being handled manually but for 2 weeks even the manual has a problem.
