Almost everything I have ever bought from you has been the mutts nuts!
But...….there is one thing!
I bought my son The Boom Underwear Boxers in burgundy.
So they arrived, I loved them, My son didn't, unfortunately.
They weren't tried on - he didn't like the material, all we did was to feel the fabric which I thought was beautiful.
Underwear - you can take them back to a high street shop with no problems. But they have a sticky pad over 'the the part that matters' - you don't, maybe you could look into doing it?
I spoke to one of the chat guys straight away and was asked if the zipper bag was opened, which it was obviously to feel the material.
I didn't bring it up again then you stopped the live chat when you updated the site!
I think its very unfair, we hadn't even taken them out of the bag! I nearly took them to Cardiff to give to Luke when I met him to give him the candle.
So now there is a pair of The Boom Underwear Boxer pants in the drawer, in their zipper bag doing nothing.

Why am I posting this after all this time now?
Because I saw a similar post very much the same as mine.
Please can I send these back? I think it's very, very unfair.
Also bring the live chat back people miss it.
Can someone email me please.

It is not only the products that BDXY Studios makes. It is the whole experience you get when you need assistance from the customer serviced and you feel special. It is also in the packing when you receive the goods... - as if you can feel all the attention of people involved in the process.

BDXY Navy Classic Rigger is definitely an essential part of any wardrobe for all seasons. It feels great and wears wonderful ☺️

Customer service went above and beyond to help me order from this company because everything that could go wrong did go wrong. It wouldn’t accept my address on my end, but it would accept it on theirs. So they ended up having to send me like an invoice of everything I wanted to order, so all I had to do was put in my card. Then I had to call my bank and get them to accept my card. It was just hassle after hassle. But, when I finally did receive the products, I was blown away at the quality and feel of them. I’m really surprised at The Shutter bag about how much it can hold. i’ve had multiple bags similar to this in the past that couldn’t hold half of what this bag can hold. I’m about to go to a weeklong trip (where multiple outfit changes a day are gonna happen) and it can fit all of my clothes plus swimsuits. I’m pretty sure it can fit my toiletries in the bag as well. The underwear is really soft. It almost feels like you’re not wearing any at all. It’s so soft and so form fitting. If I had to make a critique on the underwear, all I would say is to have the double padding go back a little further just in case women decide they want to wear some just for more comfort. However, this company has exceeded my expectations. Luke and Fran have really outdone themselves on what a fine company they have. 🥰❤️

The green focus baseball cap is my 4th purchase from BDXY and I have yet to be disappointed. I also have the navy focus baseball cap, the Rigger BDXY Navy sweatshirt and the Best Boy Hoodie in Green. (See my other reviews on BDXY website under Susan M). The quality of the material is excellent, so soft and comfortable and the colours are gorgeous. The oregon green in particular gets a lot of compliments. I also love how all the materials are sustainably sourced too. Makes me feel less guilty about buying more...😉. I already got the red cap the Gaffer which is beautiful and i just received today the beautiful blue candle, much more beautiful in real and the smell is indescribable, just have to smell it to can travel with BDXY ♡ Really happy from everything from them, i recommand them sincerely :)

I love it all! I was so surprised how fast my order arrived. The design and color on the towel are so rich and velvety soft. The bag is so large & roomy, I love the style and I can place many things in this bag. Next, will be the candle.

This is a genuine review following a recent purchase. I had read a review of BDXY in the Times and was impressed by their ethos and care in design and manufacture. I ordered a T shirt to begin with and was delighted with the quality and fit, a cut above other brands.

I bought a tshirt and a cap.

The tshirt is a great fit with a fall that doesn't stand off the body, its material also has a nice softness to it.

The cap fits well, has a consistent colour and it was nice to learn that it's made from 100% recycled materials.

It's obvious to me that they're putting a lot of care into the design and material choices.

Absolutely shocking customer service - ordered the wrong size t-shirt and noticed as soon as I hit complete order. BDXY refused to change the order and dispatched the goods and made me do a return which took forever due to their poor technology. Now they then say they have not received the return. No they are "looking into it". This company is either dishonest or incompetent or both. So far I have hours trying to sort this out - what a waste of time.

Awful customer service - no idea how to return an item, all links don’t work including the live chat. No comprehensive way to figure out how to do it. System doesn’t work and no phone number to get in contact. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE
