Don't buy. The sizing is nothing like the pictures/ videos. My robe that my husband bought me (medium) is ginormous and looks truly awful, such that I will not be seen in public. I am 6 foot. It's not his fault, because he went by the images. They will not exchange / refund after 2 weeks, no question, no flexibility. Nasty, misleading company

My changing robe is of outstanding quality and the customer service fantastic. Penny went above and beyond with a kind thoughtful gesture.Even more special it was a birthday gift from my hubbie and arrived today on my birthday.

I order three bikinis from a bikini store ( Beach bum) that said 10 day return to find out they don’t give returns on bikinis despite their being a protective bikini plastic pad. Every store accepts returns on bikinis even luxury brands. We all know we wear underwear to try them on and we wash them after purchase.
Horrible company. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered 3 robes for grandchildren and got the sizes wrong so returned and was refunded. Then reordered, one size was still wrong and one didn't like the colour so had to return and reorder yet again. Customer Services were absolutely brilliant 👏

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - very poor quality swimwear and terrible customer service. Bought a one piece off the shoulder swimsuit, the shoulder part was massive and cannot possibly stay up due to being way too wide.

Don't bother buying from here. They send you the item when you have to return it either to get a smaller size, a bigger size or something in general. They charge you £ 11 to send it back that's 11 pound wasted plus shipping

Although the quality isn’t the best, I got what I paid for. Both swimsuits fit perfectly and the delivery was quick. The company communicated responsively by email. I have no complaints!

The size does not correspond to the actual item and they don’t use actual product pictures. It’s a stolen image and bad fake product . I bought the tanned through swimsuit and it won’t fit a 5 year old child.

I placed an online order for a swimsuit. Within five minutes of placing the order, I emailed customer service and requested the order be cancelled. The company's cancellation policy states that "Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 6 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order". I received a reply to my email from TOYA from the company one minute later, stating they were "Getting in touch with the relevant department, and will get back to you asap". After three days of getting no response, I emailed again and the same representative replied stating "I did share your request to the relevant department and I will be back to you once I will get some updates". After 5 days of not getting an update, I emailed two more times and received no further replies. The company proceeded with shipping me the order after I requested it be cancelled. I've emailed the company by filling out their form link on their contact us page. I've emailed their info@ email address, filled out the company's return form requesting a cancellation for a complimentary return label for the product, direct messaged the company on their Instagram social media and have gotten no response.

V disappointed. Fell into the trap of discounted chinese fakes. I compared the suit received with the original I own in another color: cut of bra like all chinese - v flat in a large; description was copy pasted from original but cut is sloppy, bra straps are in two pieces, no tummy control panel, no net lining, material flimsy. No wonder they did not bother to also fake the original tag. DO NOT encourage these fakes.

I'm actually shocked to the see the poor reviews as my experience was nothing but great. I bought a dry robe, sizing was accurate, arrived very quickly and the robe itself is amazing. Heavy, fleeced, big pockets, waterproof.
I didn't return so can't comment on returns process.

Extremely disappointed with this store. The Seaside Colorblock Bikini’s fabric isn’t appropriate for a grown woman swim suit.
The top has no structure which makes it suitable only for very small breast.

Ordered a charcoal coat, when it came there was pulled threads and the colour was that of an eggplant - not charcoal.
Went to return, (which you have to pay for) and write multiple emails with proof of postage! And when you get the refund, you have to pay a £3 ‘restocking’ fee. Glad i sent it back, cheap. And to boot, the refund policy is that you send it back and it can not have any human or dog hair. How are you meant to try something on without a stray hair getting on there?!
Will never order from them again, and i can see now on the instagram that they MUST delete comments. Having over 10k subs but 1-2 comments per post?? Sus.
Returned and got a dryrobe

Second purchase and had to return, just to find out I need to pay postage £6 and also I’m being charged £3 restocking fee. Just lost nearly £10. Good bye and never again!
I emailed to complain and got totally ignored, then had the cheek to send me an email and ask me how Max did? Max did terribly bad!

I ordered the wrong size and they were great with changing my order. I love this dry robe, it’s black on the inside unlike most changing robes so it won’t look grubby after a few uses despite washing. It’s warm with lots of pockets and room for changing. Very happy with my purchase and their customer service

Terrible service. I returned a coat which was too big. After 18 days of chasing my £120 refund I have received an email stating the refund has been honoured and will show in 10 days !! It cost £5.18 to return and they are refunding £117

Just ordered from BeachBum for the second time. Experience was even better. Order arrived within 13 days of placing order. Very pleased. Quality is excellent, sizing is true to size chart. Perfect! Would highly recommend! Will order from them again!!

The fabric of the swimsuit is very good quality and the product is well made and appears as advertised.
The sizing was too small for me however Beachbum have worked with me via email to sort this out.

I bought a changing robe, it arrived with a little nick in the waterproof fabric, I contacted customer services, they told me it must have been me, I assure you I had only just got the coat out of the bag.
I have since worn the coat a handful of times trying to get my £120 worth of use at least, it’s literally falling apart at the seams. Absolute waste of money, I’m self employed and this was a big investment for me. I regret it immensely. Would never use again.

I ordered a crochet blue top from Beach Bum. The pattern is so cute and it fit really well! I also received the item in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company and their products!
