Our experience with Beaches USA…

Our experience with Beaches USA Vacation Rentals and Management was truly awful. The unit was very loud and parking was almost nonexistent. But the true problem was that it was not safe for families. The dresser almost fell on top of my 6 year old and the TV on top of the dresser fell to the ground and broke. Nothing was anchored in the wall. I reported the incident immediately and the host demanded an absurd amount to replace the TV. No apology or concern for my family. I also reported this incident as a safety concern to Airbnb and they followed up and said the host would not respond. I have an ethical obligation to warn others to not stay in this unit (see below)

Our family was very lucky to avoid injury and nothing is being done to prevent this from happening to another family in the future. I just want to allow others to be informed.
