Excellent customer service.

I ordered the wrong size Pandora bracelet which happened to be a free gift, and they couldn't have been more helpful when I phoned to see if I was able to swap it. I now have the correct size bracelet, within 4 days of receiving the original. Excellent customer service, I cannot fault them.

This was one of the best online shopping experiences I have had.
The item ordered had been stolen in the post and an empty envelope delivered. Customer Service (Sally) was extremely helpful and efficient and organised a replacement item very quickly. Can’t thank her enough.

Please inbox info@beadazzle.co.uk us if you would like a box. Sale items clearly state that boxes are NOT included. All orders under £35.00 are supplied in a pouch for letterbox delivery this is standard packaging for small charms, in line with Pandora guidlines. Boxes are available on request and generally included on Tracked parcel services. As this is an annonymous review we are unable to send packaging without any order reference.
