The beads and findings are nice but the website takes time to navigate.

I called up because I needed my order in a hurry. I was really impressed with standard of service and with efforts taken to help me with my order.

I've returned to Beads Unlimited time and time again for stock items, beads and tools. I have always had great service, with items despatched quickly and received in good condition, with enough packing for the contents to be secure.

A good selection of items was on offer and I found exactly what I wanted. I ordered on a Wednesday morning and my goods arrived on Friday morning. Very impressive.

I recently imrdered done very ordinary I have to be honest pony beads to use to make sun catchers with my grand sons. Two weeks later (having forgotten order) I hadn't received them. Rang the company lovely lady answered, checked details and sent out a new package which I received the next day ;) very happy

The website is very easy to use, the choice of stock is huge, the quality and value for money are both excellent.

The selection of beads and tools needed in creating own item is well thought out. The Q&A section has been extremely helpful in getting going and making right choice in ordering without wasting money. Only problem is stock availability.
