I RETURNED MERCHANDISE TO BEALLS IN PORT CHARLOTTE FL. THE EMPLOYEE ASSISTED ME , NOT ONLY ON THE RETURNED BUT IN THE PURCHASE OF OTHER ITEMS FOR MY WIFE. AS YOU CAN SEE, I DONT GET OUT MUCH. THE EMLOYEES NAME IS JESSICA. SHE WENT THE EXTRA MILE IN SELECTING CLOTHING FOR MY WIFES GIFTS. AGAIN, I HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU JESSICA

Worse customer service ever. I ordered online 3 pairs of shoes, two weeks later arrived only one pair, two other orders, the most important for me, were cancelled without any notice. I consider that as false advertisement since my items were available when I ordered and paid for them. I will never come back to this company and would not recommend them to anybody.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Prices might be good, but you get what you pay for. Customer Service is the pits. Employees evidently can't read English or haven't passed the third grade. Morons run the company. NEVER order from these losers.....

Nothing but bait and switch. They send you coupons but when you go to use them everything in your order is excluded from the sale price. Even though it is NOT listed on the coupon as excluded. I'll never shop there again and I'll encourage others to spend their money with companies of integrity NOT Bealls!

Placed online order with them. After some of order shipped I got email could not fill one of the items. It was the item I wanted
most (others were just add ons.) It was also the item with the best discount. It was available when ordered. No apologies ~ nothing just could not fill. This reaks of false advertising. Wondering where I can report them for that. Our friend is an attorney hopefully he’ll know. 🧐 I’m keeping all the order info and their emails. If I could give them no stars I would. ☹️

1st of all they have extremely small sections guys and the rest of the store is for women which is messed up and there are no certain between large and small

Beware returns!! My sister bought my daughter some shorts. Unfortunately they were to small. I figured I could just go in and do an even swap for the next size. Because I didn't have the receipt when they rang them up I owed 6.00. I'm done!!
Just go to Target they are a much easier suite to ship at and have cuter clothes!!

Ordered a hangbag from Bealls... It's been a month with no sign of tracking information. When I call, I'm on hold for 20+ minutes "waiting" to speak to someone, so I hang up. When I online chat, they instantly tell me they will refund me so I can reorder. Why would I reorder the same hangbag that they are unable to ship? Although they have cheaper prices, i wouldn't trust buying from Bealls again.

I ordered 8 Gallons trash can for kitchen and send me one trash can no more 2 gallons. Cost me almost $30.- I want to return and I need to pay $13.- because they don't pay returns when was they fault.

This company is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with ! I saw products from this company on AMAZON, I need some dishes for a Babyshower. I purchased the 3-section Condiment Server [set of 2] I purchased 7 qty’s so obviously as I read the advertising I should of received 14 individual 3 section Condiment server . I received these items 3 days late, they never arrived on time for the babyshower and then I only received 7 out of 14 . And 2 of the 7 arrived broken due to poor packing on there behalf . When I contacted the company they informed me the following “ Thank you for contacting Bealls Florida. We do apologize but the item sold by Bealls Florida is a one item for $12.99. Amazon will use the same listing for multiple sellers and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. At this time, we have issued a refund for the 2 damaged items. If you would like to reorder please call 800-569-9038 option 2 to do so.”
They blamed it on Amazon when it’s completely there fault , representative Ashley was horrible ! She had horrible customer service and did not help in away! This entire time I was dealing with this it was a inconvenience, I was only requesting from them to ship me out the 2 that were broken and the 7 that were missing ! But I never got that. This company is horrifying and needs to learn how to give great customer service ! They were a pain in my behind and I have finally put an end to this !! Please tell your friends and family to never purchase from this company !!!

I bought a Bealls gift card as a gift for some one who used to shop Bealls Outlet stores,only to find out Bealls Gift cards are not accepted at Bealls outlet stores,They just lost a loyal customer.

DO NOT GET A BEALLS CREDIT CARD!!! My experience with bealls credit cards has been horrible. First off their interest rate is nearly 27% which is just criminal. Their late fee is 38 dollars. And their associates don’t know how to do their job.

Just a bit of back story, I came into some financial struggles after I moved and lost my job. With car insurance and phone bill and car payment and having no income these bills took priority. I got behind on my bealls card and eventually I asked for help from my father to help pay the bill off. The total was 340 and some change. I happened to handle the bill one day past it’s due date. Not realizing until after deciding to close the account that we would be charged a late fee. I called a representative to look into possibly qualifying for a reimbursement since the entire bill was paid off. She told me my account would have to be open to receive a reimbursement. I told her to reopen it and then I was to wait to be billed before I can be reimbursed. When I was billed, I called back and spoke to a gentleman who told me I was reimbursed and I no longer had a balance. Thinking this ordeal is behind me I didn’t think about bealls again until I received another bill with another late fee added onto it. When I called to ask why I now owe 72 dollars in ONLY late fees, again I was told my account needed to be open to do anything and my account had NO record that I talked to that gentlemen about being reimbursed. How convenient. And now my dispute may take up to 4-6 weeks to be reviewed. And they tell me I won’t be charged another late fee but at this point I’ve had 2 associates not do their job and my confidence in getting this issue resolved is nonexistent. When I called that guy to get reimbursed if for whatever reason I did not qualify for the reimbursement I was going to pay off the balance and just close my account. But I was told I didn’t owe anything. So how am I to pay a bill I didn’t even know I had?? And my account is still closed even though I’ve now talked to 4 associates about opening my account so I could now be reimbursed for 72 dollars in outlandish late fees and interest charges. I am so furious with this company. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT OPEN A BEALLS CARD WITH THEM. They don’t do their jobs and they are just trying to scam you out of your money.

I went to go purchase boots for someone 2 weeks before Christmas. They said it would be in on time conformation and everything. 2 days before Christmas they cancel my order. I will NEVER Use BEALLS FLORIDA again. Way to mess up Christmas for someone. YOUR COMPANY SUCKS!!

I purchased Anastasia coconut patties in 4 separate transactions as Christmas gifts for my family. Each person was to get an original and a pina colada flavored 12 oz. Box. Bealls confirmed the transactions saying they would all be delivered by December 20th. A few days later I received an email saying the transaction for the original flavor was cancelled by me, which it was not. It appears Bealls oversold and could not meet their commitment so they cancelled but put the blame on me.

It was too late to order anything else to replace the cancelled items and the shipping costs would again have to be paid, so my family only received half of what I intended them to get.

I will never order from Bealls again and suggest you do the same.

Warning! Don't order from them! False advertising of what an item is, just to be given a style that isn't what it stated. I searched for anyone who carried Indigo Rein Muffin Topper Jean's just to be sent a style that wasn't that. No one picks up the customer service line, waited way too long to be helped, ended up giving up because my time is valuable too. Just a great reminder to stick with trusted companies that offer free returns especially if they sent a falsely advertised item. Not to mention the returns form looked liked someone crumpled it before even sticking it in the package. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH BEALLS again.

I’ve always liked the cute coastal decor Bealls has and still do. I have family in Florida and I shop there whenever I am down there. But their online ordering needs much improvement. They pull your items from a store so you are subject to their resources. I placed an offer way before Christmas and got a “pending fulfillment” status on many items I was counting on for my Christmas decor. Apparently, they were too busy to fulfill my order, then ran out of the items I purchased. I cancelled my order.

This happened at Bealls in Paris, Texas. I will never trust Bealls again nor set foot in another store. They scam people by offering them Prople magazine and then charge for it. I didn’t purchase it but their scam said I did. I tried cancelling. I spent 30 minutes on phone disputing my bill. Had to pay $54 dollars just to clear my account. Beware.

I can’t keep up with the promotions. It’s really a gimmick anyway. I’ve tried to build a sizable order online throughout a couple days and every time I go back to my cart the promotion is gone . I go back and my entire cart is empty too!
Chat folks are no help either.
