Unfriendly and unhelpful
As a small private company you might think these guys would care about customers new and old. I contacted them for a quote for WIFI and telephone and the lady was really rude and unhelpful - just couldn't be more disinterested if she tried!! So I went with another supplier. When we tried to transfer the number they simply cut us off and released the number - for my business!!! When I called to try and resolve I was simply told I wasn't a customer so they didn't care! Astounding. These guys have lost me business and caused huge stress.
Stay clear - they simply have no respect for people or their business.

Firstly, we would like to apologise for this experience. Our customers and their businesses are our top priority and providing exceptional customer service from our friendly experts is what we pride ourselves on.
Unfortunately, when you acquired the premises you told us you wanted to use an alternative provider and not take over our services. We did make contact but no payments were made or means of payment set-up and therefore we had no choice but to suspend the service. The number was not lost and your new provider should have been able to reactivate the service.
At the time of writing the number used by the previous occupiers is still fully available and our provisioning team would be able to reactive the service quickly.
