What a great experience we had. Lily was super quick to get back to me, was patient with all my questions and really explained what needed doing and why. Her and Adam fitted us in quickly despite the awful weather and were so friendly. Can't recommend them enough!

We had a quote for some roof work back in the Autumn, but we had some personal stuff which meant we couldn't proceed at the time. I contacted Lilly in Feb and she not only honoured the quote but came and did the job that same week.
Two days of hard graft and roof is now watertight, no fuss, no mess and a totally fab team to deal with.
Would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat, fabulous company to work with, great people too!!

What a reliable and efficient company this is! From initial enquiry, as I had a leak through my ceiling on a flat roof maisonette, someone came out within 48 hours to inspect. A whole new roof was required. This was installed within a week of my initial enquiry! I had the pleasure of meeting Lily and her team on site. Their work ethic is marvellous and attention to detail. They also addressed other issues that were outside the original remit to ensure the job was perfect. I would definately recommend them to anyone with roofing problems! Their communication is also first class!

What a brilliant experience we had with this company. Our enquiries were promptly answered and the work was completed quickly, all within 3 weeks from initial contact. We were very happy to meet Lily and Adam who undertook the work themselves and we will definitely use this company again. What a breath of fresh air this company is!

I had an issue with rain water dripping through the light fitting of my kitchen ceiling. Lily answered my message promptly and came to have a look the next day. A new flat roof complete with new boards was in place by the end of the following week. Fantastic work and friendly, efficient service. Would thoroughly recommend.

We contacted Lily as we had noticed a leak in our bedroom when it rained. She visited promptly and was able to identify an issue with our ridge tiles and valleys. A week later she and Adam were back to fix it. They both worked hard all day. They were friendly, efficient and tidy. I found them very professional and happy in their work and trustworthy. Price was fair and as quoted. They even fixed some chipped tiles whilst up there. Before and after videos meant I was able to see the work carried out. I would definitely recommend Bear House Build and Roofing.

We had a leak in our chimney/roof. Contacted Bear House and spoke with Lily and Adam who came out quickly to look at the issue. They took photos and talked me through the problem and advised of the fix needed. A quote provided really quickly and work booked and completed less than a week later. Again photos taken of work done and talked through the works undertaken. Would recommend to anyone needing any roof or building works. Very good local busines who I’d definitely use again.

We have had several great experiences with Bear House, they repaired our ridge tiles in 2024 came out and repaired a full row within a week and kept the tiles matching.

We had a query from a surveyor about our roof and contacted bear house again they came and gave us an honest opinion about the roof and gave us peace of mind, all responses from them were prompt and they found time to come and look at the roof.

Big thanks and would recommend them to anyone.

This was the second time we have used Bear House for our roofing issues and on both occasions they have been very professional in all aspects. We are very pleased with their work and would certainly recommend them. We would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.

Lily and Adam (and their band of merry men) did a great job converting our garage into a lovely reception room. They did a lot of the work themselves and also managed subcontractors for electrics and plastering, and the building inspector extremely efficiently. They are a very friendly duo and put customer satisfaction right at the top of their priorities. Great job, highly recommended!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship provided by Lily and her team. From the moment I organised quotes from various roofing companies, Lily spent time talking to me and chatting through everything with such a depth of knowledge it was incredibly reassuring. Throughout the process, she updated me regularly and sent me photos and videos so I could see the progress. When you are having to spend a considerable amount of money on repairs it is so hard to know who to trust when you hear of so many rogue traders. I honestly cannot recommend Lily and her team highly enough - I will certainly recommend them to friends and family and should I be in need of the services of builders in the future I will be calling on Lily again. SUPERB!!

Lily and her team were excellent. The quote came with photos to show what work needed to be under taken. Quote was very responsible, communication was good from start to finish. Very happy with the work carried out. I would highly recommend Bear House and if the needs arise I will be using them again.

Excellent team, Lily and Adam were great. We had previously used them for a leak in the roof and this time to do the valleys and install a dry verge system. Explained everything they would be doing when they arrived, and sent a video later of the work done. Would definitely recommend them for any roof work!
