Excellent choice,always have what I need n very competitive prices. Easy website for finding n ordering bits n very quick delivery service.

A long list of engine parts were required. Order completed, well packaged and great service by dispatch team and couriers.
Missed opportunity for 5th star because I'm still waiting for the technical support department to answer my queries with regards to two of their parts descriptions.
After 5 days I couldn't wait any longer. Eventually placed the order after taking the risk that the parts questioned would fit my application. One did, the other didn't, fortunately a low cost part. Will source the correct part elsewhere.

Great service and communication

The brake pads I ordered last week, for my Defender, came the next day, and I fitted them straight away.
I was back in action, thanks to a good service.

Item hasn't been delivered, courier apparently went to the empty little bungalow next door and didn't see the big garage with Lees Auto Mechanics on the big sign outside

Took my 1964 Series 2 Land Rover to Bearmach site to identify parts.
Jason most knowledgable and extremely helpful sorted all my requirements.

Great quality and excellent shipping time - perhaps, for me as a mechanical novice, a little more technical detail ie dimensions & imperial or metric equipment required etc on the site would have been useful -I thought the snorkel would be compatible with the existing broken one ( so I would only have to replace part ) but the replacement was 5mm different….. it’s a learning curve. But very happy with the product!

I ordered over £200 worth of items and collected from Bearmach last Tuesday , the help and assistance they gave was brilliant even when I wasn’t sure which parts I needed and how to go about ordering them two very helpful ladies came and helped me, THANK YOU BOTH , which made whole task and experience very easy for future orders. Even to when I was sat in reception waiting for my items if a member of staff went past they took the time to ask if I was being sorted out. Even helped me to carry my items to the car much appreciated. Thank you all for help and excellent assistance.

Having been a local customer pre-pandemic I was disappointed to find that the information that the counter is closed at Bedwas was hidden away low down on the website. Had I found this more easily and so known this in advance I would have ordered earlier, and maybe the items I wanted would still have been in stock. It was also disappointing that a staple such as a Defender TD5 tophose was shown as out of stock till February 2023!
The phone service was however helpful, and the click and collect worked for the items that were in stock.

I can always find a quality part or accessory that I need.
