Never again!!

I placed my order on November 30. 2. Just 10 minutes after placing it, I wanted to cancel the item to save on shipping costs… unfortunately, there is no option to make any adjustments online. I then contacted Customer Support, and I was immediately told (without a thank you, greeting, or anything similar) that the order was already being processed and could not be changed—after only a few minutes?? To this day, the order status remains unchanged… and even after I tried to cancel it and followed up three weeks later asking for an update, I have still not received any answer… STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!

Ordered over a month ago had them file a claim 20 days ago and still have not received my refund customer service is a joke will not support them ever again and you shouldn't either

Yo I ordered 11/29 and I'm still waiting on my order and I've gotten tracking number and a email that said they'll notify me which carrier would have my order and I still haven't gotten nth from them I've been emailing them no response I even message salehe bembury his self nk response the shop app hasn't updated either it just says ready to ship never shopping with them again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order during a Black Friday sale on 11/30. I was sent a tracking number a few weeks ago, and no updates. I was hoping to give some of the items ordered as Christmas gifts and the customer service email has been unresponsive. Extremely unprofessional and honestly rude to do this and leave customers bewildered around the holidays. Never buying again and I won’t purchase any of his collabs with other brands and retailers.

UPDATE: items were finally received on 1/4/25. Like I said, never again.
