Great music platform and customer service.

Beatport is a great platform for purchasing the newest releases in dance music that I enjoy Dj'ing. I have also had great customer service by customer service advisor Cory, in resolving an issue with an MP3 wave not displaying in my CDJ equipment! Highly recommended on all fronts!

Superb Service by Santi

Santi was not only straight away very helpful, but also very friendly and empathetic. I felt my issue was taken seriously throughout the whole process.
This is how service should look like in my opinion :)

One of my tracks wasn't good trans…

One of my tracks wasn't good trans scipted. The guys from Beatport helped me. They trans scripted a new file and put it in my download folder. An besides that they send me a link to clear my download map in my webbrowser! I can say that Beatport helped me out on this issue and thay go a step further to know how your downloads are working.

Suddenly got a newsletter from a website I never heard of

Suddenly got a newsletter from a website I never heard of.
While I can't discount any "uncheck this box to not sign up to our partners" shenanigans, I certainly didn't sign up for a newsletter of a website I never heard of, or have zero interest in ever using.
Perhaps someone else signed me up, but isn't that what verifications are for?
At least it doesnt seem to be a phishing mail, but still, not cool.
I'm aware of huge lists of email addresses being sold online, but that's even less cool to use as a legitimate company.

Quick and efficient service

Made a mistake not cancelling my subscription, sent an email off, within 2 days it was sorted. Cory was quick and efficient, good service and I still think Beatport as a service is great anyway.

I am absolutely impressed with the…

I am absolutely impressed with the Beatport support team. They responded immediately and understood my problem completely, even though it was actually my own mistake. The support was extremely tolerant and helpful, showed me the correct way to proceed, and even refunded my money. Communication was fast, professional, and clear – several exchanges within just one day. I am truly very, very satisfied with the support I received.

beatport saved our chart!

So we submitted an artist chart ahead of a big release... Unfortunately our chart's thumbnail photo didn't upload with the chart. Of course we were under a little pressure, especially because we wanted to satisfy our quality label... Needless to say, beatport support came through and rectified the issue within 24 hours. Honestly, this really saved us in terms of our promo campaign. Thank you beatport!

Great site, excellent customer support.

I had a query in regards to a purchase. I contacted the customer support and they sorted it out straight away. They were very helpful and polite. The store itself is great for a massive collection of dance music. A lot of rare ones I had trouble finding elsewhere.

Had an issue where I downloaded the…

Had an issue where I downloaded the wrong album and they were quick to reimburse my account which I thought was really cool as it was my fault not paying enough attention to what I was doing. Lesson learned and money back. Much appreciated.
