Beaumont Tiles - Fyshwick Reviews 

Pretty disappointed with the recommendation made by Huw on wall tiles to match my selection of floor tiles. Wrong shade (explicitly asked him if they matched - definitely) and mistached shapes, which isnt something that i thought to consider as this is my first time renovating anything.

Great customer service at Fyshwick, disappointing in Mitchell.

I recommend against using this store. I selected tiles and gave them 2 room measurements - my builder advised they would calculate the right number of tiles. We were using 4 different tiles and the tilers discovered they under-ordered 3 of them, plus sent a box of broken tiles. For one of the tiles, they were six boxes short of what was needed! The additional tiles were only available in Victoria and Queensland. No apology (they blamed us for not double checking after we'd placed the order), and no interest in trying to help us get the tiles ahead of the normal 2-week delivery schedule. I contacted Beaumont stores in Brisbane and Sydney directly, both of whom were happy to help me resolve the issue, including organising a courier from Brisbane. Staff in Fyshwick are sloppy, lazy and uninterested in doing anything but the bare minimum and taking your money. Go elsewhere.

Customer service was great, purchased white subway tiles online, however was informed that they were a special order & wouldn't be available until a week before our kitchen demo (in 3 months), unfortunately couldn't take the risk of not getting them in time so purchased elsewhere. Customer support were very communicative & processed a refund very quickly. Would shop at Beaumont again however would check availability of stock in future.

I had the best experience this afternoon. I walked in and was greeted by Winter with the lovliest smile on her face. She asked if she could be of assistance which pleased me. I advised that I was renovating my bathroom. She assisted me in choosing tiles and then introduced me to Ebony whose knowledge is second to none. Both these ladies were an inspiration. They talked me through my whole renovation process

I was looking to renovate pre COVID and walked into HIghgrove Bathrooms. They did appear interested at all.

Obviously you have two happy staff members. Dont let them out of your sight. If you do have monthly staff awards I would like to nominate them.

I drove home today with the biggest smile on my face. Dont believe Ive ever had customer service like it.

Quick and easy to order online. Delivered quickly and pick up was a breeze.

I did ask for pickup to be in Mitchell and that didn’t happen so that is my only complaint.

I became involved in a situation where I needed a refund. This might seem straight forward and easy but due to some peculiarities of the situation it wasn't so easy BUT the service I was given at Beaumont Tiles (Fyshwick) was absolutely wonderful and professional. I really appreciated the way they dealt with my issue and would like to thank them through this message.
