Our consultant was friendly and polite but seemed in a hurry to get selections done and finished. She didn’t offer many suggestions to improve our look when clearly our initial choice was disastrous.

Above & beyond customer service. Living on the NSW/VIc border with our closest Beaumont Tiles shop being over 1.5hrs away. The friendly & helpful service that we received from Mary-Ann & Claudia from the Shepparton store was amazing. Finding a fabulous feature tile that had been discontinued, Mary-Ann gave us different options on how we could incorporate the tile into our design using the minimal amount of tiles. After phone calls & emails were sent to other stores the process was helped along with Sasha from Bendigo & Samara from Marsden Park stores to be able to get the amount of tiles I needed to complete my renovation. They could’ve just said sorry it’s discontinued that’s all we have but instead many phone calls & emails were made to be able to get the tiles that I needed to complete my bathroom renovation. Thank you to these ladies for your amazing customer service! ☺️
