All staff were friendly and helpful…
All staff were friendly and helpful even though l couldn't make up my mind and kept going backwards and forwards on whether l wanted to order or not. They rang suppliers to see if the could get a specific tile in for me and got back to me within a short time with an answer. All 4 staff members that l spoke to various times were great. I would without hesitation recommend the staff at the Traralgon store.

Disappointed in Beaumont not being able to supply the items originally asked for due to long delivery time frames.
I felt this made it very difficult for the staff as well as they too appeared frustrated by time frames not being realistic, especially when if products are not delivered to keep job running, your clients run the risk of losing trades working on the renovation
