I previously wrote a 5-star review about Beautiful Displays. Although I very much like the people I have worked with there, and the finished products have been nice, I have had problems with 2 out of 3 of my orders and with the most recent order, I was disappointed that they didn't work with me to make it right to my company's satisfaction.

The first order was a pillowcase-style tabletop display, which was great.

The second order was a replacement graphic for the tabletop display--I received the wrong size graphic. Luckily there was just enough time to re-order and the revised graphic fit nicely.

The third time around, we ordered 3 tall banner stands with pillowcase graphics. One need to be expedited to Texas; the other 2 were to be shipped to our office in Michigan. Because of the previous problem with fit, I specifically asked that the graphic be fitted to the frame for the expedited order that was shipping to Texas.

Unfortunately, that never happened. The frame went to Texas but all 3 of the graphics were shipped to Michigan, sadly while I was out of the office for a couple of days. I had to fit it to the frame delivered here and ship it out very quickly. Luckily the company in Texas worked with us and it turned out fine, but had I ordered just a little later, our company would not have been represented at that event.

Beautiful Displays did state that it was their error, and promised to refund the shipping cost we had already paid for the expedited order, but stated that nothing else would be done. I was disappointed that they did not take care of us, when it was clearly a mistake that had nothing to do with us, and because we had experienced issues in the past.

I do like their new fabric pillowcase stands that are shock-corded (similar to tent poles) for easy setup, and the finished products do look nice. I do realize that human error can occur and am especially sympathetic toward small companies.

However, when you're putting together displays for trade shows, expos and conferences, you are often working with tight deadlines and have to count on companies to be fast and accurate, and to do everything in their power to help you out if something goes awry.

For that reason, I would not recommend going with Beautiful Displays unless you have a lot of extra time to re-order in case of an error.

Very helpful and committed to customer satisfaction. They were on top of our order from the get go and were quick to reply to emails and phone calls. Would definitely do business with them again in the future.

Excellent product, fast turn around and excellent customer service. Brenda made this entire processes efficient and enjoyable. I strongly recommend them to everyone and will use them for future projects.

I have been dealing with Beautiful Displays for so long, I think I saved their first invoice on a floppy disk.
In an age where customer service doesn't seem to be a concern of some companies, dealing with Brenda and her staff at Beautiful Displays is unlike anything that I've experienced in quite some time. Estimates go out in a timely manner, questions are answered and orders are delivered as promised.
Most recently, I need additional items delivered on short notice, due to an error on my part. (I think it was mid-afternoon when I called them). I expected the usual "it will go out tomorrow", but not with this company. "Let me see what I can do" was Brenda's response, and the additional items went out that same day, thanks to her team's effort.
I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I found Beautiful Displays online but wasn't sure I could trust the low price for a nice tension fabric tabletop display, or that we would receive it in time.

Our CEO always advises calling and having a conversation with someone at an unknown company before doing business with them--I followed his advice and spoke with Kelley. She was great, and sent me all the info I needed and arranged for us to move quickly on getting the display made. We also worked with Amanda on the project.

Our display was beautifully made, arrived quickly, and we experienced no problems. My one suggestion would be to include a printout of assembly instructions, although I was able to print it from the website. All the parts fit together well--the tabletop took me only about 10 minutes to assemble on my own, my first time through.

I would advise others to go through the directions, assemble the display, then label the pieces with a Sharpie while taking it apart, noting the new part numbers on the directions, before packing and re-assembling at a trade show, conference or expo.

Note: One of our staff members saw the display set up--he was impressed with how nice it was, as well as the low price, and wanted to get one for the robotics team he coaches. I'd say the display is a success. I would not hesitate to do business with Beautiful Displays again.

Beautiful Displays has earned a ten star rating in my book. Their pricing is excellent, and the quality of the pieces they supplied me for a recent project, including a very large and complicated map, reverse printed on plexi with a white background, came out with stunning success. I could not find a vendor in the Boston area who could come close to matching their work -- not to mention their pricing (even including pallet shipping.) Best of all was the absolutely wonderful customer service. My client was able to achieve all the aspects of their complicated wayfinding project within their budget, and they love how it looks and works. I can't, obviously, say enough good things about my experience working with Beautiful Displays.

Todd was great to work with. He was able to get me an estimate on what I needed very quickly and was helping me every step of the way to ensure that we got our products in time and at great quality.

It was a pleasure working with him and I'm very grateful for how helpful the whole team was throughout the entire process.

Both Kelley and Jessica are great people to work with. The graphics came out great. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience: very helpful staff.

Amazing service! Created exactly what I needed based on a photo I had, executed it and then provided incredible support when I lost some hardware. Beautiful Displays team worked to make sure my company was set-up for success. We had several show attendees walk up to our booth and tell us how different our company looks compared to past years. I had a wonderful experience. The product and customer service were superb.

Everything about my experience was very good. There were a few hiccups -- I sent the artwork to Todd, then received an e-mail from Amanda notifying me I needed to upload the artwork before they could start (we had a fast turn-around and I was under the impression that production had already started, so this caused a bit of stress). I also e-mailed Amanda a few times asking questions and for an invoice and never received a response. I had to call her directly and then she sent the invoice and the other questions were resolved by unprompted e-mails from other people at the company. Our carpet arrived on time, however, and was beautiful and looked good as new after 3 days of conference traffic, so other than the slight stress caused by lack of communication, the final result was perfect!
