I wouldn’t even rate them one one star if a could this whole website needs shutting down blatantly robbing off the vulnerable i orders I jacket spent over £30 on it then I got and email saying it’s not in stock but did not update the website to say it not in stock so still let me order it when it’s not in stock then offer me a 5% discount 🤣do not order from here this whole website is soon to be shutdown off all platforms

this company should be shut down. They sell very poor quality products that take very long to be delivered. I would not recommend anyone to throw their money on this company.

I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE my order. All the problems experienced by other people. Very small, dreadful quality, no possibility of refund. DO NOT USE BEAUTIFUL HALO

Shocking customer service. Waited 5 weeks for a £700 light to arrive. After 2 weeks of emails they finally decided it had been returned to them. I raised a case with PayPal and the money was back in my account in 24 hours.

Major red flags, firstly their newsletter sign up didn’t work(I never received a newsletter or a 30% off voucher) then I contacted customer services who gave me a code for 5% off which didn’t work. When I contacted them again they gave me another code for 5% off which also didn’t work(said it was expired.) Their response to solving my issue was “nothing is expired you can place your order later.” (???) They then back tracked and told me to buy the item, pay the full price and contact their after-sales team for a discount in the form of a refund. Red flag red flag, I can’t recommend based on this interaction, the company seems shady and untrustworthy.

Beautiful light fixtures, easy to deal with, great prices, parcel arrived quicker than expected. Really happy with my purchase will definitely buy again from this company

This company doesn't tell you they're not in the UK, took weeks to get the coat I ordered when it arrived the quality was absolutely rubbish I ordered xxl it was more like a medium, I wanted my money back but they offered me 10%. Avoid the company like the plague they are scammers

junk lamp. Doesn't even stand up!! Absolutely overpriced crap. Assembly instructions completely inadequate. Customer service matches the product.

Sizing is a mile out. I ordered an XL jacket and it fits my 12 year old daughter. I have been messaging to get a replacement, yet all they offer is 15% discount. Livid! Do not use this company.

This company is disgusting. They basically steal money from people and refuse to give it back!

I am a UK size L, I’m aware these are Asian sizes so I got a 5XL which when converted on THEIR site it states it is basically a UK XL which I was happy to get a bit bigger!

What arrived today is a SMALL at the most in a 5XL bag! I messaged customer service to ask to return the item and for a refund and they have refused as there is nothing wrong with the “quality” of the item if that’s what you want to call it!

This company needs shutting down its horrific!!

My experience dealing with this company was great. The communication regarding shipping and timing where very helpful. The design of the light was spot on and easy for the electrician to install.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They sent me an item that was of poor quality with short sleeves and tried it convince me to keep it as they WILL NOT give you a full refund. After about 40 emails back and forth they became really rude telling me they didn’t care that I had sent the items back registered delivery ( they claim to not have got the item) they are con artists. I’m going to take them to court!

I ordered a T-shirt and 'cardigan'. T-shirt was a bit large, the 'cardigan' was not what is generally known as a cardigan. it's flimsy t-shirt material. I contacted the company and asked for a returns code. Got offers of everything except a returns code. Now I'm left with items I don't want and had to pay for them! - minus a tiny discount. Approximately 15 e-mails were sent. Yes they were pleasant in corresponding but STILL I did not get a satisfactory outcome.

think twice about using this company . . . . . and then THINK AGAIN

I got my item and it was exactly as pictured and it fit me, I would like to say that anyone who orders from these companies must determine that it is overseas and they size small I have never had a problem I got my blouse I get many complements from it and it fits me.
