Bought the 1st and 2nd version and had to re-install the system. Customer service is terrible. Not only they told me that only two downloads are possible and for the next I have to buy the license again (supposedly it is written somewhere in terms), but they told me that in the very rude manner.
I ill never buy anything from them again.
Bought Beautify plug-in for Photoshop, but impossible to upload. Customer service prompt but unhelpful and a little rude. Can't comment on the programme which may or may not be good.
I purchased their Beautify Panel plugin for Photoshop. It didn't work and I contacted their company. They send me multiple solutions but non of them worked. According to their Terms of Service you get a refund when the app doesn't work. I asked for a refund and after that they never replied. Be warned.
