My first order came quickly and without any problems. Unfortunately second time I received wrong perfume (new version of it). My complain was answered very quickly and after receiving proposal of keeping it with small discount or returning it we found ideal solution for both parties. I definitely will come back

I bought Kajal Kolada Extrait de Parfum without ever smelling it… and maybe that’s what made it feel even more special.

From the very first spray, it didn’t just smell like a perfume — it felt like a memory. Minnie was so helpful with a query about my order. She responded very quickly and provided truly excellent customer service throughout. I’m really happy with the support I received from BeautiNow.com and would gladly recommend them.

Never received my parcel. No response from customer service despite email sent. On the chat, I was first told that I had signed for the delivery which is completely false then that the parcel had been left in my mailbox. Three weeks have passed with no real solution. Non-existent customer service and contradictory answers. Absolutely unacceptable.

I have photo receipts stating that I have made an order on 14th January 2026. To this day, 16th March, I still have not received my order. I did in fact persistently reach out to beautinow customer service after the 3 week delivery window.

Beautinow did not contact me to let me know there was an issue delivering my item with the courier, I have to ask them myself. This is not what I paid €150 for, I also had to call the courier company myself, they still didn’t do anything about it.

Beautinow has kept my money for two months and told me NOTHING, no accountability whatsoever. Instead, they kept apologising about the “delay” and told me that they would let me know “by the end of the day” TODAY on 16th March. It is past business hours and I still have not heard anything from them.

I expect a full refund INCLUDING delivery fee. I should not be paying anything for something I did NOT receive at all.

I don’t recommend shopping at Beautinow. If I don’t hear anything from Beautinow on 17th March, I will be contacting my bank to dispute this payment WITHHELD by Beautinow.

By saying this, they have violated Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK. They had 30 days to deliver the product as stated in the seller-customer contract. I don’t think what Beautinow did was LEGAL in any sense.

Again. Trashy customer service and poor management, ZERO stars if I could.

I wish I had paid attention to some of the reviews ahead of my purchases. I bought 2 perfumes from Clive Christian. This is a big disappointment.
My experience is that it doesn´t last, and it vanishes as soon as you spray it on the skin or wherever. I based my purchasing decision on the other reviews stating how long it lasts, which, by my own experience, can not be confirmed. I mistakenly reviewed the seller not the product.

Picked up Amouage Guidance from Beautinow and it’s 100% legit — scent profile, depth, and longevity are exactly what they should be. Anyone familiar with the fragrance will immediately know it’s authentic.

The price was honestly insane for a niche release, way below retail, so this felt like a true steal. QR scratched, but that’s pretty normal for grey market purchases and not a dealbreaker at all. At this price point, I really can’t complain.

Definitely worth checking out if you’re into niche perfumes and don’t mind grey market sourcing.

After receiving my order (order number: BN20251112106733) I immediately noticed serious packaging issues and contacted Beautinow regarding a damaged barcode and a batch code that cannot be verified on any batch-checking system. I then waited almost two months without receiving any reply at all. No clarification, no reassurance, no support. This complete silence shows a total lack of care for customers.
After nearly two months with no response, I finally opened the box. On first use, the atomizer sprayed extremely intensely, which is commonly a sign of prior use, despite the product being sold as new. Because the bottle is dark, the actual fill level cannot be checked, making this even more frustrating and suspicious.
Even more concerning is the performance of the fragrance. The scent is unusually weak, has poor projection, and fades very quickly. This is completely uncharacteristic for Amouage, a luxury brand known for strong and long-lasting fragrances, and raises further doubts about the quality and authenticity of the item received.
The packaging issues remain unresolved. A scratched barcode underneath sealed plastic makes no sense, and the batch code is still not verifiable anywhere.
Summary:
Two months of silence, no customer support, damaged packaging, unverifiable batch codes, signs of prior use, and extremely poor performance. This experience is unacceptable.
I strongly recommend avoiding Beautinow, especially when purchasing high-end or niche fragrances.

Their statement is factually incorrect.
I did not receive any reply from Beautinow on November 18, November 20, or at any other time during the nearly two-month period I waited for clarification regarding the barcode and batch code issues. There are no emails, no spam messages, no missed replies, and no return-label offer in my inbox or junk folder, something Beautinow also cannot prove.
If Beautinow claims that responses were sent, they should be able to provide verifiable evidence (email headers, timestamps, delivery confirmations). So far, none has been provided. Simply stating that messages were sent does not make it true.
What is particularly concerning is that instead of addressing the actual issues raised, damaged barcode under sealed plastic, unverifiable batch code, signs of prior use, and extremely poor fragrance performance. Beautinow is now attempting to rewrite the communication history to shift responsibility onto the customer.
This public reply only further damages Beautinow’s credibility, as it contradicts my documented experience and avoids accountability. Had any genuine response been received, this review would not exist.

Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest behavior from BeautyNow. I never received the product (“Geurtje”) and despite multiple attempts to contact them, they completely ignored me. No replies, no explanation, nothing.

What makes this truly outrageous is that BeautyNow did have me sign a declaration, which they submitted, but after that they stopped responding entirely and never paid me. Taking advantage of a signed declaration while refusing to communicate or resolve the issue is extremely unprofessional and unethical.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. This is not how a trustworthy business operates.

I placed an order on November 28, 2025, with the order number #BN20251128109133, but unfortunately, I have not received the items to this day.

Despite contacting customer service several times and providing all relevant information — including the order number, address, and tracking details — I have received no response so far.

For a shop in this price range, the lack of communication and the way undelivered orders are handled is extremely disappointing. Until this issue is resolved and I either receive my items or a refund, I cannot recommend this store.

As of December 17, 2025: I have not received any emails regarding my inquiry, only promotional emails about offers. The statement that I was contacted and did not open my emails is untrue.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of Guidance 46 BN20251210110329 After paying €359, I received a bottle with a non-functional QR code, making it impossible to verify its authenticity. To make matters worse, the back of the bottle was scratched. I've reached out to customer service but have yet to receive a response. It feels like I've wasted my money on a product that doesn't meet the standards I expect, especially considering the price. I might as well have bought a retail version, which would have guaranteed a working QR code. As a returning customer, this is a first for me, but it's incredibly frustrating!!!!!

I've been ordering from them for the last 2 Years, everything was for sure authentic, delivered in 7 days, good variety, and also good products.
However the only problem is the prices are getting higher for exemple in the Amouage selection last restock everything went up, Enclave going from 200 euros to 250 euros, same for all the other references, I'd wish if they could keep the prices average as they used to be, and also the fact that before when you create an account you get 10% off, nowadays you're only getting 5%.
Last but no least it would be good if they could bring a little more perfume brands such as : nasomatto, Francesca Bianchi, Meo fuscini, and some more artistic fragrances.
Overall good website and a good authenticity, still needs some improvement.
