I received 2 defective order since i started ahopping from this website two months ago
After I made the order, items were not shipped because thier stocks ran out of them... They poorly update thier online stocks
And during the past two months, two orders contained broken items due to poor packaging!!
I bought make up...

I should say me and my wife love it

they've messed up every order that I have ever placed with them and refused to issue a refund until i called about 5 times complaining to different customer service reps. never ordering from them again.
