Awful experience. I ordered 22nd December. 29th December it was shipped but no tracking info provided.
6th January i emailed to ask when I can expect my order.
No response at all.
Then on 9th Jan I got a refund. Still no reply to my email or explanation of what has happened.
I really needed that order as well.
