Ordered a product in October 2024, it has yet to even have been shipped. I have requested a refund twice and they haven't bothered responding to me, it's honestly so disappointing that they haven't even put the effort in to respond. Absolutely do not order from this store.

Scam! Why hasn't their website been taken down?
Won’t return emails or calls. Haven’t seen my order, I am guessing no one ever does.
Feeling pretty foolish.

I really wish I had seen this before making my purchase. Purchased hair dye over a month ago. Havent received any confirmation emails since the original email. I guess im never seeing the hair dye or my money ever again

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased!!!! I order a steamer for my business and I’m still waiting for it 5 weeks later. There has been no response from multiple emails and phone calls. No one answers the phone and after leaving multiple messages I guessing I’m never getting my steamer. Thank god I paid with PayPal.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Will take your money and won’t send products. Will not respond to email, website “contact us form” or phone calls! Absolute scam!! Reported to scam watch!

They aren’t even worth 1 star. Don’t order with them. I have been waiting since August and their response is it’s on its way.

The only emails I would get back was them saying that there shipment was delayed in Sydney this happened more then once but each time I asked for a refund they would not reply I had to go through Afterpay and put a dispute in to be able to get my money back. Do not shop with these people they are scammers.

Scam company - never ships product. Do not waste your money!!

I would give minus starts if I could. 6 weeks and waiting for hair dye with multiple excuses about it being on pallets in Sydney. The next step will be consumer affairs for a refund

2 more weeks and no update so I threatened to report the company for fraud. They issues a refund....let's see if it hits my bank account

They are fraudsters..
They will take your money and will not send any products.
They will not answer calls and will not revert to emails.. Bloody Fraudsters

Would leave zero stars if I could. Placed order over 2 weeks ago, not shipped yet. Have not responded to my multiple emails. Have had to open a dispute with my bank to try to get my money back. BEWARE!

Order placed 21 April. Despite multiple follow ups I have no products and no refund as at 21 June

Dodgy site. Do not purchase.

Products themselves were fine but as per other reviews there was little communication and orders took weeks to be shipped and only after a couple of follow ups. So they may be busy but customers are also busy and don’t have time to follow up.

Haven't received product after 5 weeks and business has not provided tracking info.

Also I have had to follow up multiple times with the business ignoring most of my emails.

They claimed that had to wait for a product. Never heard from them again.

Do not use this business.

Ordered a product on the 25th January 2024, by the 6th February 2024 the order has not arrived. Have sent several e-mail messages, the system says they will respond but there is no response at all. No product has been delivered, they do not respond to e-mail messages and there is no contact phone number. I am ringing the bank this afternoon to say I believe this is a scam company. DO NOT deal with this company, you will lose your money and have no product delivered.
