I've had retinol before and I loved what it did to my skin but of course I didn't want to go back to a high dosage. These gummies have just the right amount. Makes my lips pink and skin clean. My lashes are already thicker and nails are stronger. Plus the taste is irresistibly good!! Definitely getting more

I love taking these
I love taking these, they're absolutely amazing. I am on my month and a bit in taking them. When I first started taking these my hair was falling out in clumps. I really thought I was going to have no hair and now these little beauty's are in my life. My hair is growing back and thicker and my nails. My skin not so much yet but the rest is amazing. But it is recommended for 3 months so happy to see the results at the end. Definitely recommend!

Taste great!
Other hair and nail vitamins I have used always smell and taste horrible or they have been very big and hard to swallow. These vitamins are small, chewable and taste like sweets!
I have only been using for a few weeks so can’t comment on how well they are working but so far so good and I would recommend :)
