WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED - DON’T GO HERE!
Price was set on the website and confirmed at the desk when booking. I looked at the order confirmation text I received and the price was not £60 but £90 for my treatment.
When I finally managed to get through on the phone after days of attempts, THE MANAGER was so rude I have never been spoken to in this manner by someone who is customer facing especially after booking multiple treatments.
They refused to honour the price that was agreed upon whilst booking days prior. I told them it was for my birthday and I will not be able to find anything this last minute now. The rude attitude I was met with made me feel as though it was my fault and no compromise was made. I was then hung up on…..
