Absolute LOVE Beautycos
It's about 4 years I've been getting all I need from Beautycos and I always leave a comment and share my experience here on trustpilot about them. I absolute LOVE Beautycos. Always a good price, I find everything and their costumer service is awesome. When i moved to Denmark I didn't understand danish and how things work and I called there for help and the woman was so nice and did step by step and teach me how to choose the delivery step. In this moment she got my heart. I had a delivery problem once, one of my mask hair broke and I sent email and a picture and they were so nice and also sent me another mask. Beautycos is very trustful, best costumer service, best price, FAST DELIVERY and they are perfect. In my opinion, the best shop ever!

I have tried to reach you at your phone, but without any luck.
I am a bit confused about your review, as I can see your order arrived in our shop the 20. January and you picked it up the day after.
When you order for our BEAUTYCOS shops, we have a delivery time on up to 7 working days, and it has been 6 working days, for your package to arrive, so I dont understand the 3 weeks delivery you are talking about :)
Do you confuse us with another company?
