Quick response from Customer Services…
Quick response from Customer Services Department. Products packaged well to avoid damage. 1-2 day delivery is NOT guaranteed however. This cost them the 5th star. Great otherwise.

HI thank you for the feedback, with it we can really try to give the best service possible.
We currently use Royal Mail to ship all our items and we use their term "NOT a guaranteed service" as this is what they have on their terms and conditions. The only Guaranteed time delivery service Royal mail offer is Special delivery which is a choice at checkout but is at an extra cost. 99% of item will arrive within or quicker than the time allocated but we just thought it best to say it was not guaranteed. Hopefully as we grow we will be able to offer a guaranteed service on all our shipping services.
