I ordered perfume which stated could only be despatched on standard a delivery service which was quoted as 3-5 days (and not express which I thought a little strange). However as it was not an urgent order I placed the order. This was 7 days ago and it was stated as being despatched 4 days ago but I still don't have it..... not really a great service.
I purchased a perfume off this site as it was fairly cheap compared to other sites. I recieved order confirmation but a week later i still had no email confirming that it'd been despatched. I emailed the customer care team to be informed the product was in low stock and should be sent out on friday. Several days later i am still waiting for this delivery it has been almost 2 weeks since i placed the order through 3-5 standard day delivery! I would rather pay the extra to get a product of a reliable site!
Although the goods have not yet arrived, the web page was easy to use. However I believe giving my telephone number lead to a telephone scam call. Do they really need to ask for this in future? CAUTION!!!!
Bought perfume as present. Paid for 1-3 days express delivery and it took a week to arrive so was no longer needed. Then returned my product 1st class postage and have yet to receive a response or refund after 18 days.
Item required was in stock, therefore paid for 1/3 day delivery, but gift has not yet been dispatched, and it is the 27th December. Why do online companies advertise stock items, when obviously they are not?
