Beautylish was founded in the fall of 2010 with a simple purpose—to create a community where beauty lovers could share their collective beauty wisdom. People loved it, and our community grew to hundreds of thousands in a few short months. Beautylish rapidly became a valuable resource for the discovery of beauty products. Quick delivery and nicely packaged
Wanted the new Natasha Denona palette but seems Sephora is dissolving that brand relationship. Nonetheless, bought here at Beautylish and delivery was super quick considering that I’m not from the US. I also purchased some beautiful brushes and everything was packaged beautifully.

Fabulous Customer Service
Where else can you not only get text reminders a product is dropping, but the chance to preorder what you need before it sells out to the general public + meaningful rewards for cash discounts? I was able to ask questions & place my order while waiting for an appointment. Made it super easy for me. Plus the shipping was super fast vs big chains that take 2-3 weeks to wander across the country. Beautifully packaged as usual.

I had ordered from Beautylish maybe a decade ago? Was fine hut this time? My order was processed & shipped quick! Like impressively quick! I was just ordering one palette but it arrived carefully & so cutely packed! Packed & signed in SF? I’ve always liked reviews & brands on the site but more by coincidence had not ordered in so long but definitely will not be long again.

This company has never ever failed me
This company has never ever failed me. That’s saying a great deal as I order from them sometimes several times per month for years now. My order is always on time, in perfect shape, and so thoughtfully packaged. Ordering is a cinch. Also, if they are out of stock on an item, and you request them to advise you when the item is for sale again, they actually do follow through unlike some companies which will go un named. I love Beautylish. Not one complaint from me.

Great customer service
I got an incorrect item for my order. What happen after that was more important to me though. I called customer service and the issue was resolved immediately. I got a correct item shipped overnight. I'm very happy with the experience.
