I found your return policy nearly impossible to deal with. I paid full price for the items I purchased. Most of them did not work for me and I tried to access your return policy to return them for a refund. I finally had to call customer service. I was told I needed to return them and pay for postage when I sent them to you. I did that and still have not received a refund. Just a frustrating and annoying experience. Poor customer service.

I love these products! Great price, high quality and quick delivery! The information shared about the newest trends and innovations is so on-point. And you never have to go to a store again!

I've been a Beauty Pie member for several years now. I've spent a great deal of money with this company. Recently, my last order was mailed to my old address (even though I had changed my address in my profile and had placed other orders from Beauty Pie using my new address with no issues). My order never came and after checking, realized they mailed to my old address, so I reached out to customer care. No response. Reached out again. No response. Reached out a 3rd time and finally got an auto generated AI response. Didn't hear back from a real person for nearly 2 weeks. Then to add insult to injury, this person clearly didn't read my complaint and automatically assumed that I just needed to "check around my neighborhood" because they showed it as "delivered". So I had to explain for the umpteenth time it was sent to the WRONG address. Then to further add insult to injury, instead of just sending a new order out or refunding my money to a YEARS LOYAL member, they have a document to fill out and send back stating that I'm telling the truth about never receiving my package. Not even an easy PDF I could fill out, but something I have to print, fill out, and scan back via email. The whole situation has been ludicrous and honestly is making me want to leave BP and get my products elsewhere. HORRIBLE customer service and treatment of someone who has been a loyal member for so many years. Just send out another box of goods to me. Goods I have paid for. No questions asked. That is what good customer service would do. You clearly see I have been a member for many years -- treat me as such.

I think you are products are very reasonably priced. Though I’ve only purchased two, they both go above and beyond their purposes. I am on my 3rd neck and décolletage spray. I’ve seen amazing results. I keep one in my frig for hot summer days, so serves a dual purpose. Your shipping is quick and issue free. I would love to represent you on social! Big fan!

I dont usually do membership programs like this but this one is totally worth it! Great products and great prices!
