I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Beautystation by Rafia. I received a damaged product, and when I reached out, they refused to offer an exchange or refund. Instead, I was told it was the seller’s fault — but I purchased directly from them and have no connection with any third-party seller. This lack of responsibility and customer support is frustrating. I would not recommend buying from here based on my experience.
