if I could give zero stars I WOULD !!!
My friend was in recently wanting lash extensions when she arrived she asked for what she wanted and then came out getting the complete opposite and they weren’t even good at that !!! My friend had asked for a dramatic lash extension bc that is what she is used to but when she was finished natalia said that most ppl don’t like her dramatic lashes so she did natural instead which is not what she asked for. Gaps in the lashes, length was ridiculous the lash map was completely off both eyes were uneven!!!! Would definitely stay away from this place in future!! 65 euro worth of shit just bc we are young doesn’t mean u can con us out of money ! Natalia was the women who did them and in my option she needs to resit college!! My friend is to sweet to put up a review but me HAHAHAH NO.

Don’t bother, dreadful experience!!! I don’t have my product which their website said was delivered and by the way didn’t receive the notification for this! Making it harder now to address the issue (could it be a tactic? (£15) then they have only a mobile number to contact them on and it doesn’t work!!! Their chat is a load of shiiiiiitte (yes I’m mad) Be forewarned and be careful it doesn’t look like a company that gives 2 sh*TS otherwise they’d get even the basics like contact into right!!

Be Beauty Bar offers a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the salon is impeccably clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the offer of coffee adds a nice touch. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Lana when in London back in October.Having worked as a massage therapist myself for 11 years, I appreciated Lana’s touch, professionalism, bedside manners and her obvious gift at what she does. Lana made me very comfortable from the beginning, clearly explained what the treatment entailed and checked in with me throughout the session. She has a beautiful energy about herself, which is what I always look for in a healer. I felt refreshed after the treatment and much lighter. I highly recommend her.

Yesterday I was so shocked and angry at this place and their fakeness, poor service and lies. After making appointment to go.. for a facial, and have what, I wanted was a hydrafacial. l was left in absolute shock and tears. Firstly the place was a small dark room in an office building on a high level floor. Then I was demanded for money upfront for the service, which once I made transfer on site. I did not even receive after the bank Confirmed with them that my £117.00 went through, but they lied and was rude!! Therapist was constantly calling, talking to her boss on mobile, in another European language, all through the time. Arguing with me. Not even apologising for their fault and their dodgy behaviour. She said it’s not her problem like a very rude angry feisty person.

They threatened to call police on me and the receptionist seems like she was the “boss” who was taking private booking on the side whilst she is working for the building. Everything seemed off. They are not legit and hence in a building hidden away.

My husband who was with me.. because I’m chronically ill. Told her to give my receipt because I already made the transaction in front of them, whilst she was denying constantly.

The therapist looked and acted very unprofessional constantly phoning her boss, speaking in another language in high pitch tone, rude attitude. After being home several months due to severe health issues I was looking forward to my facial and left crying and upset.

The way whilst my bank assistant on speaker, told me clearly in front of the therapist that the money has gone through. Her boss kept instructing her and calling me on the phone whilst I was speaking to the bank. She kept threatening me and saying “I’m going to call the police” what kind of behaviour is that!!!

Ruined my whole day they did!! Wasted my Uber money from a long journey only to be disrespected by some illegal immigrant Europeans, acting dodgy making money privately in a hidden place scamming people. Fake Google reviews and rude attitudes. Especially in posh Kensington area. The audacity!!!

I never knew about Forlle'd facials before but I was mightily impressed with the treatment.

It gave me a really good feeling on my skin and a nice glow.
