BEC explained everything…
Karl Green at BEC explained everything very well and gave us the best options for our new contracts. He was to the point and didn't waste any of our time. The process was easy for us as he did all the work and all we had to do was sign up to the new contract after he had explained it all.

Amazing savings
Morgan at BEC found us an amazing renewal rate that will save our small charity money.
Morgan talked me though the rates on offer and then completed the paperwork to make the whole process as efficient as possible.

Useless , broken promisses
Been trying to deal with an issue for over a year, they keep promising to call back but don't. They do not return calls as advised when you call them. Only sending this review in the hope they may respond .Avoid

10 stars and Knighthoods
To say that Lovelle (Knox) and Jordan (Herbert) need 10 stars would be an understatement. They both fully deserve knighthoods no less for the sterling work they've done on our account over nearly a year.
Not only have they seen off those unprincipled rascals at PE (Pozitiv Energy) when we were minutes away from being disconnected (on two separate occasions), but their dogged persistence meant that we actually ended up with a credit on our account.
We simply couldn't have done it without their help, and I sincerely hope that their hard work and dedication are properly recognised and rewarded by those in charge. They are a credit to BEC-Consultants.
