Trainers arrived, extremely cheaply made. Reviews for shoes were great but these trainers I would not recommend. Bought for my daughter and are far to wide and rub right on her ankle, after contacting was refused a refund as they are personalised (name on laces) but offered half a size smaller, fantastic so not only would they be too wide they’d also rub the ankle and pinch the toes. No further contact. Most expensive lacers I have ever purchased as the trainers are completely unuseable😞 the glue for the glitter wasn’t the most precise either. Local bridal shop were disgusted and are now providing decent trainers but obviously out of pocket as now bought 2 pairs, should have never ordered online

Absolutely love my personalised white combat boots, can't wait to wear them and show them off on my wedding day. Communication was very good. Delivery was tracked and no issues. Would definitely recommend Becci's Bridal Designs.

I have had 3 pairs of shoes made for me and all have been amazing.
They fit well, are comfortable and look fantastic. Received loads of compliments about them - especially Alice in Wonderland ones.
No issues with communication and arrived within given time limits - would highly recommend.
Looking forward to my next pair.

Absolutely perfectly made shoes, they fit perfectly and I can't wait to wear them in January for my wedding. :-).

Firstly, I will say I received a full refund. I ordered shoes for my wedding which never arrived despite being told that they would be ready on time. I got a tracking number which seemed to indicate Royal Mail never actually got the parcel. Overall, I just wouldn’t recommend. Wouldn’t trust that your order will arrive.

I made a mistake when ordering size and becci was so good to help me sort it out. My items arrived sooner than expected and looked fantastic. I can't wait for the bride to see them. I will definitely be ordering from here again x

Ordered the custom shoes for my wedding day. When they arrived I loved them and they were very comfortable. I ordered well in advance because I’m not great in heels so have periodically put them on and walked around my living room in them to get used to it, other than that they have been stored in the box. I noticed they’d started to split on the side. When I emailed her about this she told me this can happen after prolonged wear and to use modge podge to patch them up. Firstly, a couple of laps of my living room 100% is not prolonged wear, I followed the care information provided perfectly, keeping them away from heat and damp etc, secondly £200 for shoes I should not have to patch them up when I haven’t even worn them yet and lastly when I messaged her about it she just recited the care information to me (which clearly doesn’t work) and when I explained I had followed it she ignored me. Now I have to buy new wedding shoes because I doubt these will hold up for a full days wearing when they’re falling apart after barely being worn.
