I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Bed and Breakfast Regensburg. From the very beginning, they treated me poorly and the house conditions were unacceptable. Here are some specifics:

Dirty and Unmaintained House: When I moved in, the house was super dirty, full of dust, and covered in spider webs. The windows hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was very evident.

Unjustified Cleaning Charge: Before I even entered the house, I was charged 50 Euros as a cleaning fee, even though I had not visited the house since I was outside Germany at the time. This fee was supposed to cover cleaning, but no cleaning was done.

Lack of Cleaning Service: Despite the charge, no one came to clean the house. When I asked about the cleaning service, they told me I had to do it myself. This charge appears frequently for their houses, yet it seems they never provide the cleaning service they charge for.

Unfair Eviction: After I complained about being charged for cleaning that wasn't done, they pushed me to vacate the house. This was highly unprofessional and unfair.

I would not recommend staying at Bed and Breakfast Regensburg due to their poor treatment of guests and lack of transparency.
