I like the boxy shape which fits comfortably into my shoulder. I was just a little bit disppointed that it didn't seem to spring back fully to the original depth after I had slept on it. Otherwise it would definitely have 4* from me. It is good value for the money.

Initially I bought one pillow & a pack of 2 covers at the Arthur Glen outlet at Cannock to try. I was so impressed I bought the 2nd online (for the other side of the bed). The comfort is amazing I have started to sleep better & more comfortable. You do only need I pillow under your head. I strongly recommend.
